, salt and deep fried on medium heat N served with Mint and coriander sauce
Green Pea Pulao is cooked with Indian Basmati Rice flavored with whole spices and garnish with Caramelized onions
and fresh coriander Chicken Masala is a dish consisting of tomato and onion gravy.
Ginger and garlic N ground dry powder of Cumin.. Coriander.. With Garam Masala
Cucumber Raita is grated cucumber mixed with hung Yogurt N flavored with Chopped coriander and chaat Masala
